Monday, Hour One
This is a productivity tool that I love.
As a Professional Organizer, I was introduced to various productivity tools and planners that would help us all feel much less overwhelmed.
What works best is if your mind can feel less overwhelmed and this tool helps me get there better than anything I’ve used before.
There are three key steps to this process:
Collect Data (all the Post It Notes, short lists, AND brain dump.)
Categorize Data (priority and category - i.e. errands, house, desk)
Add everything to your calendar
Tips to make this successful - have a Time Timer or other “countdown” clock to keep you on task. Aim for 25 min blocks of focused time.
This system will keep you more focused during the week and hitting your highest priorities while also keeping your values front and center.
